How Adolf Hitler would react if he were alive to see Germany today is the plot of a new German comedy film that is gaining international attention. Throughout the production of the movie, filmmakers took their Hitler actor out onto the streets of Germany to see how people would respond. The results were alarming. A surprising amount of Germans seem to have drifted from the seriousness of what occurred in World War II. And many—despite what’s seen in the media and heard from politicians—are beginning to grow angry about the problems straining their nation.
