Record-breaking violence has plagued the city of Baltimore since the death of Freddie Gray. Police have been virtually handcuffed and now crime is running rampant. Murder rates are the highest they’ve been in more than 40 years. Local city and law enforcement officials are so desperate, they have turned to the feds for help.
