Throughout the Apostle Paul’s first-century writings, he referred to various individuals who helped God’s Work. Though the Work started out small, Paul knew that it would require more laborers to help spread the message. The same is true for God’s Church today. Herbert W. Armstrong knew that as the Work grew, he couldn’t fulfill all the responsibilities—he needed help.
