• This past Sunday, Italians REJECTED some constitutional reforms aimed at solving Italy’s economic and political problems. This brings some existential issues facing the European Union right to the boiling point, and could force European leaders to take some radical steps.
• The president of Algeria has practically disappeared due to poor health. This strategic north African nation appears ripe for radical Islamist forces to take over—a prospect that has Europeans extremely nervous that it is the next Libya waiting to happen.
• Among the leaders who praised Cuban leader Fidel Castro after his recent death was South Africa’s political firebrand Julius Malema. He leads a political party that sees Cuba as a MODEL for South Africa.
• And I’ll conclude the program by talking about how to never be offended.
